Mystic Shores at Canyon Lake is the premiere community of Canyon Lake. With over 7000 acres and over 2200 home sites, there is something for everyone.

Located 8 miles east of Highway 281 and 25 miles west of IH35, this community is ideal for a main homestead, a getaway, or your retirement home. A central location to San Antonio, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Austin.

There is so much to do in the community itself. Located on Canyon Lake AND the Guadalupe River Mystic Shores is the place to be. Swim in the pool complex on Canyon Lake or fish in the park on the Guadalupe river.

With 5 parks and pools, an elementary school and grocery store on site there is no need to leave this gorgeous community. Park your boat or RV gated Property Owners storage and leave your worries behind.

Mystic Shores at Canyon Lake offers 1-20 acre home sites ranging from the $20’s-$500k offering Canyon Lake Waterfronts, Guadalupe River Waterfront, Water views, Hill Country Views and Larger Acreage. Homes start around $250k all the way up to well over a $1 million.

If you are looking for Canyon Lake Waterfront property for sale, look no further. Minimum square footage starts at 1800 and up to 2700-3000 for gated sections “Rio Central” and “The Peninsula”.

Nestled among limestone bluffs and tree-lined hills, and cradled between the bends of the Guadalupe River and the north shoreline of Canyon Lake, the Mystic Shores acreage community reflects the true spirit of the Texas Hill Country.

The property has two separate gated communities (The Peninsula and Rio Central), non-gated neighborhoods, and select properties where cattle and horses graze.

Property owners include young couples with families, retirees, and weekenders. Mystic Shores spans about 7,000 acres with 2,200 home sites and fifty miles of road. Properties range from one to more than twenty acres.

The community is active in conservation initiatives, accomplished by promoting scientific studies and projects that encourage the biodiversity and health of indigenous wildlife. There are also education initiatives for water conservation, dark skies, and landscape enhancement with native plants.

The Mystic Shores Property Owners Association is a non‑profit organization and every property owner is an automatic member and shares a portion of the responsibility for its support. The Association owns and maintains common properties and facilities including public rights‑of‑way or easements, walls, fencing, safety lanes, green belt landscaping, sprinkler systems and fountains, parks and recreational areas.
